Looking to organise the perfect family day out? We have a great selection of family friendly spots for you to all to experience.  In London there are many amazing sites to see and activities to explore for the whole family to enjoy. It can be difficult finding the right thing to do however we have a few ideas so you can have a delightful day all round.

Firstly, we have the theatre trip. Theatre trips are a great way to spend an evening as all the whole family can enjoy it depending on which one you choose to see to. There are theatre productions that will suit everyone, if you’re the cheesy sing a long family then a musical such as Lion king or Matilda might suit, or if you were looking for something more serious then War Horse or The Phantom of the opera would be ideal. In London there are hundreds of theatre productions, in great locations that make  a fun family day out.

If you wanted an educational day out, London has a great selection of Museums to offer that can be interesting as well as educational for the whole family. The National History museum allows you to learn about past events where you can experience things such as being part of a ground-shaking earthquake and interactive new sciences. Alternatively if you’re more artistic then a trip to the Tate Modern and V&A museum will be ideal for you and your family. Both museums offer past and present artists as well as modern art with learning and child friendly areas.

One day out you can’t go wrong with is the iconic Madame Tussauds. Everyone has a favourite celebrity that they adore and would love a photo with so this is just the right spot. Madame Tussauds gives you the opportunity to grab a wax version favourite celebrity, for a poesy pic and maybe even a quick cuddle. Moving onto a more scenic day out, taking in the views of London and all its landmarks will lead you to the London Eye. Being one of London’s best-known tourist attractions, showing off London’s must see hot spots that makes it a defiantly visit. It’s situated along the river Thames making for beautiful surroundings and a busy environment with lots to see and do. You can be guarantee that you and the family will be blown away by the breath taking views and the city atmosphere.

Last but not least is Hyde Park that is perfect for all members of the family. There are activities for the kids such as pedlos, rowing boats and roller blading. Or you can kick back, relax and have a picnic whilst people watching. You could even grab a Santander bike for a cycle with endless activities for you and the family to enjoy in the outdoor environment. A day full of fresh air, open space and quality time spent with all.
